IMPETUS Conference – IC26
Join us at our fourth Impetus Conference in Flekkefjord from June 8 – 10 2026 for a journey of innovation. As always, we extend a warm invitation to witness the latest advancements in the IMPETUS simulation platform.
Since our 2024 conference, we’ve introduced E2S capabilities, more mature interior ballistics functionality, a new framework for underwater explosions, shaped charge template, external ballistic wind tunnel, GPU acceleration of the VAA tool and much more. We eagerly await presentations from our user community showcasing interesting work and simulation results.

The NDIA Michigan Chapter presents the 18th Annual Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering & Technology Symposium (GVSETS)!
GVSETS provides the opportunity for the Ground Systems community to network and share technical research and innovations while discussing capability gaps and modernization needs. With global threats becoming more aggressive and complex, our nation must implement solutions to ensure our Warfighters have the right tools and solutions for current and future conflicts. The NDIA Michigan Chapter is dedicated to enhancing and modernizing warfighter capabilities, while helping find solutions for these gaps and needs.

35th International Symposium on Ballistics 2026
The 35th ISB will feature expert tutorials, robust discussion and thought-provoking presentations among ballistics professionals. As a first for the ISB, it shall feature digital interactive posters on large format HD monitors on the most state of the art technology. We will plan for two-track sessions for allowing more oral presentations during the conference. The 35th ISB in keeping with its theme, aims to attract a greater number of leading experts from the African and Asian Continent and the rest of the World.
