Description

This command applies a prescribed thermal surface load, given as power per unit area, to the selected surfaces. It is used for heating by an imposed surface flux rather than by prescribing the temperature directly.

The magnitude is defined by a CURVE or FUNCTION and is active only in the time interval from $t_{beg}$ to $t_{end}$.

Set erode=1 when element erosion is expected to expose new free surfaces that should continue to receive the thermal load.
